THE CELLARIUS UNIVERSE (CX) IS AN ORIGINAL, TRANSMEDIA CYBERPUNK FRANCHISE THAT LEVERAGES BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY AND USER-GENERATED ASSETS TO CREATE A COLLABORATIVE, FAN-CURATED STORY.

The narrative begins in the near future and will expand through the galaxy in both space and time. Written works, art, and other media will explore the relationship between humans, sentient artificial superintelligence, and the full spectrum in between. In essence, the Cellarius Universe is a future-oriented mythology. It is also a collective storytelling project whose content and contours will be shaped by its community.

CX straddles the familiar cyberpunk themes of a dystopian and troubled future while maintaining a more optimistic outlook on humanity’s destiny and place in the cosmos.

Despite its flaws, the will of humankind to survive and explore is inextinguishable.

On his 3rd solo release, Highway Mirage, NYC-based Thomas Denman steps in front of the microphone for the first time, and finds himself pulled to the West for a wild retro ride through the white-hot desert. Hard-hitting drums collide with careening hotrods, and crunchy, often psychedelic guitars mix it up with dangerous demons, characters and temptations - and the surreal landscape is just as precarious as the intoxicating harmonies.

The tunes were mixed and mastered by Tor Johnson, who notes: “Sound-wise, I went for a hybrid between the drier 70's sound and a big open retro sounding 60's/70's reverb sound - not modern digital reverb. So everything I used was period specific to that era and sound...vintage plate reverbs, spring reverb, tape echo, tape saturation/distortion, vintage-style eq/compressors, etc. I think it fits and blends together nicely.”

Highway Mirage is available from most digital downloading and streaming services, including Spotify, Amazon and iTunes.
